Skin Tightening & Anti-Aging in Sunnyvale: 7 Options
RF lifting, Quantus, Plasmas & LDM, Cellcosmet, Japanese 6D, peels and the Korean facial at JH Beauty: what each is aimed at, and $238–$398 prices.
Looking for skin tightening in Sunnyvale? Two of JH Beauty's seven anti-aging services are aimed at firmness and contour: the RF Anti-aging V-Lifting Therapy ($278, 90 minutes), which uses radiofrequency heat, and the Italy Quantus Thermal Remodeling ($398, 90 minutes), which the menu describes as aimed at lifting, collagen and jawline definition. The other five focus on tone, texture, hydration and radiance. All seven are non-invasive spa treatments, and how many sessions suit you is something to agree with the studio.
What This Comparison Covers, and What It Doesn't
This page compares the anti-aging services on JH Beauty's treatment menu at 525 W Remington Dr in Sunnyvale: what each one is, what it is aimed at, and what it costs. It sticks to what the menu and the studio's own guidance say, plus what independent sources such as the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) say about the technologies involved.
It does not cover medical procedures. JH Beauty does not offer injectables (such as Botox or fillers), laser treatments or microneedling. For deep wrinkles, marked sagging or volume loss, those medical options, or surgery, sit with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Even for in-office medical skin tightening, the AAD notes that these procedures "still cannot give you the results of a surgical procedure like a facelift." If you are weighing RF against microneedling, our RF vs. microneedling guide explains the difference.
A word on expectations for everything below: JH Beauty's guidance is that its anti-aging treatments are non-invasive, that skin may look slightly flushed for a few hours, and that hydration and glow tend to show first while firmness builds over several weeks across a series. Results differ from person to person, and no spa treatment stops aging.

1. RF Anti-aging V-Lifting Therapy ($278, 90 minutes)
Radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening uses a device held against the skin that, in the AAD's words, "heats the tissue beneath." The AAD describes heat-based tightening as a way to prompt the body "to produce more collagen." JH Beauty's menu describes its version as "Japanese RF (Radiofrequency) Mini-Thermage technology" in a 90-minute V-shape lifting treatment.
The AAD's figures describe in-office skin tightening, where "most people have 1 treatment and feel some tightening right away," with "best results in about 6 months," and where the best candidates "have a small amount of sagging skin." Those figures come from dermatology practice, not from JH Beauty, and the menu does not publish device settings or session counts for its RF therapy, so ask the studio how many sessions it suggests for your skin and what you can realistically expect. JH Beauty's home page names RF V-shape lifting as the usual first booking for firmness and contour.

2. Italy Quantus Thermal Remodeling ($398, 90 minutes)
This is the most expensive of the seven. The menu lists it as "Italy Quantus Thermal Remodeling" and describes it as a treatment that "lifts the face, enhances collagen production, and restores a defined jawline." Those are the studio's stated aims for the treatment rather than a guaranteed result; how your skin responds depends on your starting point.
Because it shares the goal of the RF therapy, the practical question is which of the two suits you. Ask at your consultation; the studio's own recommendation for a first firmness treatment is the RF V-Lifting. For more detail, read our Italy Quantus guide.
3. Plasmas & LDM Top Tech Therapy ($358, 90 minutes)
The menu describes this as a treatment "incorporating the innovative Japanese Plasma & Water Droplet Lifting Technology" and "utilizing plasma, known as the fourth state" of matter. JH Beauty's guidance is careful to separate it from something else: the cold plasma used here "is not the plasma-pen procedure that leaves crusting."
LDM® is best known as an ultrasound device line from Wellcomet, which sells several models with different frequency settings. The menu does not name the model used in the studio, so this page does not quote frequencies or depths. If you want to know what a session involves for your skin, ask before booking. Our Plasmas & LDM article covers the treatment in more detail.
4. Cellcosmet Ultracell Intensive Cellular Peptides ($358, 90 minutes)
This facial is built around Cellcosmet, a Swiss skincare brand. Cellcosmet describes its UltraCell Intensive concentrate as a product with "CytoPep™ Cellular Extracts," which it calls "a proprietary composition of bioactive peptides, proteins and amino acids," and says it is "for all skin types, including sensitive, in particular skin that appears dry, dehydrated, or stressed."
The brand's own consumer survey figures are marketing statements rather than independent studies, so this page does not repeat them as results. The menu's related option, the Cellcosmet Whitening & Collagen Facial Treatment, is $288 for 90 minutes. Our Cellcosmet facial guide explains both.

5. Japanese 6D Luxury Anti-aging Skin Management ($258, 90 minutes)
The menu describes the Japanese 6D as inspired by "the meticulous methods of Japanese skincare and the prestigious Shonan Club." "6D" is the treatment's name; the menu does not break it into six defined steps, so this page does not either. At $258 it costs less than every other option here except the Korean facial. For a closer look, read our Japanese 6D facial guide.
6. Chemical Peeling Series Treatment ($278, 90 minutes)
The menu lists an "I-peel Chemical Peeling Series Treatment" for acne, anti-aging and lightening, for the face or back, and names vitamin C and hydroxy acids among its ingredients. The menu does not state the peel's strength. The AAD figures below describe light peels; medium and deep peels are medical procedures, so ask the studio what to expect from the I-peel on your skin.
The AAD describes light peels this way: healing takes "1 to 7 days," skin "will be red," and "scaling may develop, which lasts 3 to 7 days." It notes that "3 to 5 peels may be necessary" and that they "may be repeated every 2 to 5 weeks," with daily sunscreen afterwards. For darker skin tones, the AAD advises seeing someone with expertise in treating skin of color, because otherwise people "can develop permanent pigment problems." Ask how the peel is chosen for your skin. See the chemical peel page for details.

7. Korean Style Rejuvenation Skin Management ($238, 90 minutes)
This is the lowest-priced of the seven and the one JH Beauty suggests for hydration, dullness or sensitive skin. The menu describes it as a treatment that "mimics the high-performance skincare routines of celebrities." It is a hydration-focused facial rather than a device-led tightening treatment. More on the Korean facial page.
How to Choose Between Them
JH Beauty's own starting points are simple. For hydration, dullness or sensitive skin, start with the Korean facial. For blackheads and congestion, the European Deep Cleaning Facial ($168, 75 minutes) is the cleansing option. For firmness and contour, RF V-shape lifting is the usual entry point.
- Firmness and jawline: RF Anti-aging V-Lifting Therapy ($278) or Italy Quantus Thermal Remodeling ($398).
- Tone, texture, acne-prone skin: the Chemical Peeling Series ($278).
- Dry, dehydrated or tired-looking skin: the Korean Style Rejuvenation ($238) or a Cellcosmet facial ($288–$358).
- A mid-priced anti-aging facial: the Japanese 6D ($258).
- Curious about plasma: Plasmas & LDM ($358).
Tell the studio about any medications and recent procedures. JH Beauty does not give facials while you are on isotretinoin (Accutane), asks you to wait at least six months after finishing it, asks you to stop prescription retinoids about five days beforehand, and wants to know about any Botox or filler so energy-based treatments can be spaced around them.
What About Hand Rejuvenation?
Hands often show age as early as the face. Cleveland Clinic hand and cosmetic surgeon Dr. Bryan Michelow points out that we expose our hands to the sun more than any other part of the body; the skin thins and loses volume and elasticity, and UV exposure causes age spots. Dermatologist Dr. Amy Kassouf recommends a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 50 or higher on the hands to help prevent age spots and wrinkles, plus regular moisturizer with humectants such as hyaluronic acid.
For existing changes, the options Dr. Michelow lists are medical: fat transfer, which he calls the gold standard, along with laser resurfacing, dermaplaning and injectable fillers. JH Beauty's menu doesn't list a dedicated hand rejuvenation treatment, and it doesn't offer injectables or lasers, so for hand volume loss or spots a dermatologist or plastic surgeon is the right first stop. Daily sunscreen and moisturizer are worth doing either way.
How Often to Come In
For facials, JH Beauty suggests every four to six weeks, which matches Cleveland Clinic's view that "every four to six weeks is ideal because it aligns with your skin's natural cycle—about 30 days." For a series of peels or device treatments, spacing depends on the treatment and on how your skin responds, so agree on a plan at your first visit instead of committing to a fixed number up front.
FAQ: Anti-Aging Treatments in Sunnyvale
How much do anti-aging treatments cost at JH Beauty?
The seven services compared here range from $238 (Korean Style Rejuvenation, 90 minutes) to $398 (Italy Quantus Thermal Remodeling, 90 minutes). RF V-Lifting and the Chemical Peeling Series are $278, Plasmas & LDM and Cellcosmet Ultracell are $358, and the Japanese 6D is $258, all 90 minutes. Current prices are on the anti-aging facial page.
Is there downtime?
JH Beauty's guidance is that its anti-aging treatments are non-invasive and that skin may look slightly flushed for a few hours. Peels are the exception to plan around: the AAD says light peels can leave skin red, with scaling lasting 3 to 7 days.
Are these treatments suitable for every skin tone?
Ask before booking, especially for a peel. The AAD says people with skin of color can safely have a chemical peel but should see someone experienced with darker skin tones, because otherwise they "can develop permanent pigment problems."
Can these replace fillers or a facelift?
No. JH Beauty does not offer injectables, and the AAD notes that even medical skin-tightening procedures "still cannot give you the results of a surgical procedure like a facelift." Spa treatments are for people who want a non-invasive option and realistic, gradual changes.
Do I need to stop my regular skincare routine?
No, but tell the studio what you use. JH Beauty asks you to stop prescription retinoids about five days before a facial, and not to book facials while on isotretinoin.
Does JH Beauty offer hand rejuvenation in Sunnyvale?
Not as a listed treatment. The seven services here are facial treatments. Cleveland Clinic lists fat transfer, laser resurfacing, dermaplaning and fillers as hand rejuvenation options, which are medical procedures; SPF 50+ sunscreen and moisturizer help prevent further spots and wrinkles.
Which treatments here are aimed at jawline contouring?
Two: the RF Anti-aging V-Lifting Therapy ($278, 90 minutes), which the menu describes as a V-shape lifting treatment using radiofrequency, and Italy Quantus Thermal Remodeling ($398, 90 minutes), which the menu says aims to restore a defined jawline. Both are non-invasive, and results vary.
Can men book these treatments?
The menu does not mark these seven as women-only, and it lists a Hydrofacial Express option for men ($288, 90 minutes).
